How to cosplay Queen Nehelenia from Sailor Moon

From the Netflix film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal Sailor Moon Eternal (劇場版「美少女戦士セーラームーンEternalエターナル) is the first movie in the beloved Toei Animation franchise to be shown theatrically since 1995. A continuation of the Sailor Moon Crystal series, the two-part movie premiered in Japanese theaters in January and February 2021, followed by the worldwide release on Netflix in June.  Fans would know that Queen Nehelenia has been trapped in a mirror longer than they have waited for a new Sailor Moon movie. (For good reason: The 1996 movie sparked mass buying of Dalmatian puppies, which were then unceremoniously discarded once the novelty faded.) ...

Her severe, buttoned-up look is meant to be a point of contrast against Miss Everdeen's outfit , said costumer Bart Mueller . "Katniss is never exactly buttoned up. Her collar is open, or her sleeves are rolled up. She’s always a bit against the norm ... To see them in the same clothes actually...
